seb and Alejandra

Me 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and my partner Alejandra 🇨🇴 are looking for a new place to call home. After 7 years on the Gold Coast, it’s time for a change and I have been offered a fifo role (Electrician) and Alejandra is in the process of doing the same (civil engineering)
We have a friend who relocated last year to Scarborough who convinced us which is why we picked these areas.

If we’re not at work or gym, we are usually camping/bbq and exploring with our rooftop tent. When at home it will usually be cooking cleaning or watching a movie.

We’re both quite sociable but definitely not party people anymore. In the Gold Coast we have been the one renting rooms out so we know what it’s like on the other side. Decent reliable people who fit in with the house and contribute.

Usually we’ll say hello and ask about the day, and usually it’s clear if house mates want to chat or not that day.

I have been renting in a shared house for over 10 years and the housemates are way more important than the house in my opinion, so if you think our values align but the house not so much I would definitely entertain the idea. We don’t know much about WA and are optimistic and open minded.
