My name is Carlin. I am a 30 year old male who is looking for a room for rent in the North Brisbane (Bridgeman Downs/Aspley/Bracken Ridge/Boondall/Albany Creek Etc.) area.

About me:
I work full time. I am very tidy and organised guy who does not drink, smoke, have pets or kids. I prioritise a healthy, organised and mess/drama-free lifestyle. I spent my day either at the gym, at work, with my partner (who stays over once/twice per fortnight), or winding down in my room. I am social but also respectful of people's privacy.

What I'm looking for:
Preferably a place with 1-2 other people max, who also do not smoke or have kids. An unfurnished room with own bathroom or ensuite is preferred, as I have my own furniture. I want to live with relaxed and easy-going people who are clean and respectful!

I am looking for preferably longer term (6/12+ month) stays with like-minded people. My budget is $320/week with bills INCLUDED, though may be willing to stretch for the right place.
