LOOKING FOR LONG TERM ROOM TO RENT/TEAM UP 🏠

Hey! My names Jake, I’m 25 years old currently living in Geelong Vic and planning to move to the Sunshine Coast mid August!

About me:

-I enjoy being out and about whether it’s a simple beach day, surfing, bar hopping, footy, golf, grabbing coffee etc I’m always up for an activity or adventure!

-Healthy active lifestyle

-Very respectful of people’s downtimes as I do enjoy them myself aswell

-Currently working full time as a Roof/Floor truss engineer/designer and will be working full time remotely from home when I move

-Clean and Tidy and always respectful and happy to give a helping hand at any point

-Lived previously with both males and females long term for any references that may be needed

What I am Looking for:

-Ideally along the Mooloolaba/Alexandra Headland/Maroochydore area but open to all suggestions
-Budget of 350 a week
-Either Furnished or Unfurnished
-Long Term Lease

Would absolutely love to join a house with people around the similar age and interests and I am also happy to team up with 1 or 2 people and look for a house as-well if that is also easier!
