Jen and Brendan

Hi there, my partner Brendan and I are looking to move into a larger place. His 8 year old son will be with us half of the week.
We are looking for a property that has approx 5 bedroom and 2-3 bathrooms. The properties we are looking at would ideally have a granny flat, teenager retreat, in-law suite etc with a seperate secure entry.
We would occupy the main house and looking for someone to take the smaller accomodation. It may mean we share a laundry and yard. We would split the rent accordingly and could split the cost of internet too.
I’m a primary school teacher and Brendan is in real estate. He will happily look after the gardens and yard and can fix just about anything that fixing.
