Hi, I’m Krystal, originally from Taiwan🧋and currently a Registered Nurse working day and afternoon shifts (no overnight shifts). I’m friendly and enjoy chatting with housemates and cooking together, but I also value my downtime and personal space at home😌

I’m a quiet, low-drama tenant — I pay rent on time, keep common areas clean, and am mindful of noise at all times. I don’t bring friends over, so you won’t be surprised by unexpected guests.

What I’m Looking For

A calm, respectful household where housemates are considerate of shared living — things like keeping noise levels reasonable in the evenings, and keeping guests occasional rather than a frequent occurrence, as I value coming home to a familiar, private space.

Practically, I’d love fair fridge and storage space shared equally among housemates, as I meal prep for my shifts.

My move-in date is flexible, but ideally I’d need around two weeks’ notice to properly inform my current landlord. I’m initially looking for a 3-month stay, and if everything works out well, I’d be happy to extend longer.
