Chilled out, relaxed personality; clean & tidy; considerate; I enjoy socialising with housemates, without "needing" to do so, so I won't be clingy. I actually own a house in the country where my children continue to reside. I care for them 50% of the time, AT my country house, so that means I will be away from the share house a good amount of the time, leaving it for you to enjoy on your own, even though I'm still paying rent. I'm a Primary school teacher, so I think it says I'm an okay guy, but it also is a stable profession in which you can rely on me being able to pay the bills!
