I'm a 21-year-old woman who works full time at the RBWH. Im looking for a granny flat/ studio/ apartment. Im a non smoker, very tidy person. I’ve previously rented multiple times through private and real estate with great rental references if required. My lease at my current unit will be running out on the 8/8/26 and my friends and I have decided we won’t be renewing as she has a partner and wants to move out together. If you have anything please let me know, my budget a week would be around 450-550. Im happy with furnished or unfurnished.
