Hey,
I'm a 29-year-old Aussie bloke currently living in Newport and looking for a room closer to Brisbane City. At the moment I'm spending around 2-3 hours a day commuting, so I'm hoping to find somewhere affordable and central that makes life a bit easier.
I work full-time as a crane operator and have a stable income. During the week I'm generally either at work or focused on my own projects and goals. Outside of work you'll usually find me at the gym, out for a run, reading, or catching up with family.
I'm tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I've lived in share houses before, so I understand the balance between being social when it suits and respecting everyone's space and privacy.
I'm not a big partier, I clean up after myself, pay my bills on time, and generally keep a pretty low-key lifestyle.
I'm ideally looking for somewhere I can settle into for a while if it's the right fit. Happy to provide references, proof of income, or have a chat if you'd like to know more.
