Hi, I’m Bernard, 27, from the Netherlands and currently living in Scarborough.

I work full-time in property development in Perth and have recently settled into life here. I really enjoy the Scarborough lifestyle, so I’m looking for another place in the area to call home longer term.

I’m easy-going, social, clean and respectful. I’m quite active and spend a lot of time out of the house — gym, beach, riding my motorbike, exploring WA, catching up with friends or heading away for the weekend.

At home I’m pretty relaxed. I enjoy having a chat, sharing a meal or having a drink together every now and then, but I also really value having my own space and respect that others do too. I’m definitely not looking for a party house, just a friendly and comfortable place with good people.

Ideally I’m looking for a furnished room around Scarborough or nearby, with housemates who are easy-going, clean and enjoy a good balance between doing their own thing and being social.
