Lara and Bernardo

Hi everyone! We’re Lara (31) and Bernardo (32), a Brazilian couple moving to Perth in July. Bernardo has just been accepted into a PhD programme at UWA and Lara will be working, so we’re really excited to start this new chapter and are now looking for a place to call home!

We’re sociable and love meeting new people, but we also appreciate our own quiet time. Most of our days will be spent out of the house between uni, work and outdoor activities, so we’re pretty low-maintenance housemates to have around. We’re non-smokers and pet-friendly, and we always enjoy having furry friends around.

At home, you’ll usually find us cooking something nice, watching a series or winding down with a drink together. Simple pleasures!

We genuinely care about keeping shared spaces clean, tidy and organised, and we feel our best in calm and peaceful environments. We’re hoping to find a household with people around our age where everyone respects each other’s space and there’s a good, harmonious vibe 😊
