Hi, I’m Bailey,

I’m 21 years old and currently working in hospitality and operations leadership. Most recently, I’ve worked in supervisory and management roles across hospitality, workforce coordination, team leadership, and customer service, including managing large teams and rosters.

I currently work full-time and am in the process of relocating to Brisbane to transition into a more corporate career pathway, particularly within recruitment, talent acquisition, operations, or people-focused roles.

Outside of work, I have an active and social lifestyle. I enjoy performing, exploring new places, spending time with friends, and staying involved in events and entertainment. I’m clean, respectful, and organised, and I value a balance between work, social life, and downtime.

I’ll be moving on my own.
