I’m looking for a master room near the city, preferably in Northbridge, East Perth, Victoria Park, or North Perth. I’m also open to locations within about 30 minutes by public transport.
I’m a woman in my early 20s, currently studying while working part-time, so I don’t spend much time at home except for sleeping. I have previous experience living in both share houses and dormitories, and I’m a quiet, clean, and non-smoking tenant.
My partner is currently a university student. He is also a non-smoker and has experience living in a share house. Except for weekends, both of us spend very little time at home.
We are hoping to move in on July 5th and plan to stay until early October.
