Hi everyone!
My name is Kylian, I’m a 21-year-old worker currently based in Kalgoorlie. I will be relocating back to Perth on August 8th and transitioning into a FIFO roster. Because of my work schedule, I’m looking for a stable place for a minimum of 6 months, but I’m ideally keen to secure a long-term spot until January 2028 if the vibe is right!
As a housemate, I’m very clean, quiet, and respectful of everyone's space and routines. I have solid experience in shared housing, take great pride in keeping a home tidy, and can easily provide excellent rental and professional references from my current employers and previous landlords.
Just for full transparency, my girlfriend lives in Perth and will stay over a few nights a week from time to time, but she has her own place so she won't be around full-time.
