I am a Hindu vegetarian, maintaining a disciplined, respectful, and healthy lifestyle. I take great pride in keeping my living environment exceptionally clean, organised, and well-maintained. I am known for my tidy habits, considerate nature, and flexibility in adapting to household requirements and community living standards.
As a prospective tenant, I offer strong financial reliability and commitment. I am prepared to pay three months' rent in advance, subject to an official receipt. Furthermore, I am willing to extend my tenancy for an additional three months and continue rental payments on a monthly basis thereafter, ensuring stability and continuity for the landlord. At that the time i can pay the required refundable bond.
