As a 50-year-old woman, I prefer the simplicity of living in a FLAT, GRANNY FLAT or STUDIO. I'm quiet, clean and non-judgemental. My core values are honesty & peace. Spending time with my beloved K9 companion (and other doggos), amongst nature (as long as the temperature suits) dancing and making art and craft pieces are some amongst my favourite activities. I am an outside-only smoker with no children at home. A homestay or student accommodation could also suit us, as I do appreciate the company of others who value peace and respect
