I’m reaching out because I’m currently looking for a place to live.
I’ve recently moved down from NSW, which has left me in a difficult position where I’m currently staying in paid accommodation week by week. I’m looking for somewhere stable so I can get settled, have a proper base, and focus on getting back into work without constantly having to move from suburb to suburb.
I’m a clean, respectful and mature person. I take pride in looking after where I live, I’m quiet, considerate and I always make sure bills and rent are paid on time. I’m currently receiving Centrelink while I get myself back on my feet, but having a stable place would allow me to secure employment and move forward.
The location is also really convenient for me because it’s close to where my partner and kids live. At the moment I’m unable to stay with them because of personal circumstances and needing my own stable space, but being nearby would mean a lot and help me rebuild that stability.
I’d really appreciate the opportunity to be considered. I’m just looking for a place where I can be reliable, respectful and make it feel like home while I get myself established again.
