Amber

Hey! I'm Amber, 28, from the Netherlands :)

I'm moving to Australia in early August (fly into Brisbane on the 5th) on a Working Holiday Visa and looking for a place to call home for a while.

A little about me: I studied Interior Design and now work as a freelance designer, but I've always been someone who likes doing a bit of everything. I've worked in design, hospitality, teaching, and all kinds of hands-on jobs. For the past 9 months I've been living in Thailand, training Muay Thai full-time. I've had 3 fights so far (with my 4th coming up!) and completely fell in love with the sport.

As a housemate, I'd say I'm easy-going, social, respectful, and pretty tidy. I love hanging out over a coffee, heading to the beach, going for a surf, grabbing food, training, or having a glass of wine now and then. I'm up for the occasional party (I loveee to dance) or spontaneous adventure, but I also appreciate a chilled evening and having my own space to recharge.

I'd love to find a place that feels more like a home than just a house, with friendly people who enjoy a laugh, respect each other's space, and are keen for the occasional hang-out.
