I have a dog who stays with me on a shared-care arrangement for 3 weeks at a time. During the other 3 weeks, she is with my ex. We do all handovers away from each other's properties, so no on will ever come onto the property.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, camping, and spending time at home. I don't drink, smoke, or party, and I genuinely value a calm, clean, and well-maintained home. I'm very house-proud and always look after the places I live as if they were my own.
I'm looking for a long-term home where I can settle in and continue enjoying a peaceful lifestyle. I would make a reliable tenant who pays rent on time, respects neighbours, and takes excellent care of the property.
