Hey,

I'm Sam, a 26yr old brit and I'm working full time on a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off fifo roster so will only be home half of the time.

Im a pretty active individual who spends most of my breaks surfing, running and training Muai Thai.

Im looking for a quiet house where I can relax after work and training, but I am also social, so would love to find a place where the flatmates are up for a chat or hanging out here and there.
Im not a massive drinker or party guy, however I still enjoy catching up with mates and going out for food and a drink when i'm back in Perth.

I like the house to be clean quiet and tidy as no one wants to live in a dirty house, I myself am a very clean individual and have been in house shares for 3yrs now so understand how important it is to be clean and respectful when living with others!

I don't have any pets but love dogs so wouldn't mind if there was one at home.
I love to travel and have been pretty lucky with the amount I have been able to so far! with this in mind I also find myself not being at home for extended periods of time do to me being at work and then off to Asia for my break.
I am fully set up here in Australia and being sponsored by work to stay here, I just love a holiday!
