I’m clean, respectful of shared space, and easygoing about noise/guests as long as we communicate. I run my own startup remotely, so I’m home a lot during the day when I am not working but genuinely social down for house dinners, drinks, or just chatting in the kitchen. I cook a fair bit, always down to split groceries or trade meals. Not a partier, but not anti-social either I like a good night out now and then. Coming from France on a Working Holiday Visa, staying at least 6 months, so you’re not getting someone who bails after 6 weeks.
