I'm looking for a room in a 2-bedroom place around Manly, Freshwater, Queenscliff, Fairlight or nearby.

I work full-time in the emergency department doing 12-hour shifts, including late nights and overnight shifts. Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the gym, down at the beach, catching up with friends, or just enjoying a quiet night in after a run of shifts.

I'm easy-going, tidy and respectful, and I really value a home that feels relaxed and comfortable. I'm looking for someone with a similar mindset who’s friendly, easy to get along with, and happy to have a chat or a laugh while still respecting each other's space and independence.

I’m looking for an unfurnished room with built-in wardrobes, and off-street parking is essential as I work long hours.
