I'm looking for someone to team up with in a 2-bedroom place around Manly, Freshwater, Queenscliff, Fairlight or Dee Why.

I'm 32, originally from Norway, and have called Australia home for the past 10 years. I work full-time in the emergency department doing 12-hour shifts, including late nights and overnight shifts, which means you'll often have the place to yourself.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the gym, down at the beach, grabbing a coffee, catching up with friends, or just enjoying a quiet night in after a run of shifts.

I'm easy-going, tidy and respectful, and I really value a home that feels relaxed and comfortable. I'm looking for someone with a similar mindset who’s friendly, easy to get along with, and happy to have a chat or a laugh while still respecting each other's space and independence.

I've already got everything needed to furnish a place, but I'm flexible and happy to combine our furniture if that works better. Ideally looking to move early-mid August, but can be flexible until late September as I'll be going overseas for a few weeks.
