I’m a 25-year-old male working as a disability support worker on permanent part-time hours (roughly 60–65 hours per fortnight). so paying remt fortnightly would be preferred

A little bit about me — I enjoy gaming (PC or PS5), going to the gym, watching sports like NRL and soccer, following Formula 1, working on cars, and catching up with friends.

I don’t smoke inside; however, I do keep a vape in my car. I have a boxer dog who currently lives with my parents, and I don’t have any kids.

My ideal home environment is somewhere clean, tidy, and respectful, with a good kitchen space as I enjoy meal prepping. Personality-wise, I’d say I’m a good balance between social and independent — I’m always happy to have a chat, hang out, watch a movie, or grab a drink, but I also understand the importance of personal space and respecting when people want downtime.

At the moment, I’m invested at the moment in Netflix shows like S.W.A.T. and The Rookie, so I’m always open to a movie night as well.

Overall, I’m looking for a comfortable place that feels like home, with housemates who are easy-going, respectful, and enjoy a positive living environment.
