I'm a senior executive with a large Australian retail group and am based in Sydney. I travel to Melbourne for work 2 to 3 days most weeks, usually Monday and Tuesday, so I'm simply looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay while I'm in town.
My routine is very predictable. I generally leave around 7:00am and don't get back until after 8:00pm, so you'll rarely see me during the week. I'm really just after a bed to sleep in and somewhere to keep a small amount of clothing between trips.
I'm a family man with two young children, and my family home is in Sydney. I respect other people's space, keep everything clean and tidy, and am very considerate around the house. I very rarely cook or use the kitchen or shared living areas, so you'll effectively have those spaces to yourself.
I'm quiet, reliable, non-smoking, financially secure, and easy to live with. In reality, you'll probably forget you even have a flatmate most of the time.
