Hi! I'm Callum a 25 year old traveller on a WHV from England. I have been in a shared house for 4 months and have also has previous experience of shared living during my 3 year undergrad degree. I'm looking for a place until the end of Feb, then I'll be off to do my regional work. My current landlord requires me to move out as he is due to renovate the property. I have been given until the 05/12/2018 to find a new place. I work full-time 9-5 as a property claims consultant, so I will be fairly quiet during the week. I'm always ready to enjoy a pint or 2 at the weekend though! I am a tidy individual, and more than willing to pull my weight around the house.
Hello! I just moved to Melbourne a year ago after many years of travels. I'm studying full-time as a naturopath and work part-time in hospitality. I'm really excited about living somewhere within a bike ride of the ocean. I am positive, friendly, clean & considerate :)
Hey there! I’m Jess a 28 year old kindergarten teacher. Currently in the market for a place that myself and my 7 year old pooch can call home. I work full time hours as a teacher in St Kilda and am looking for somewhere close by as the transit to and from work is killing me at the moment! Would love to move into a place with other social people who are happy to have a drink and a laugh but who are also respectful of quiet nights in. I love to keep healthy and end up at the gym on most nights. I am vegetarian but pretty easy going with others eating meat around me. I love to draw, read, exercise and travel the world on crazy adventures. I have lived in a share house previously so I know what is involved in maintaining a happy household. I am super clean and would preferably like to live with housemates who are similar. I will be moving with my 7 year old staffy who is a big, soft meatball. He is super friendly with other dogs and tolerates cats. He is extremely well behaved, trained and prefers to spend every waking moment with hoomans. I'm pretty keen to move soon so would love to hear from you! :)
I am a health care professional relocating to Melbourne to work full time at a Hospital. I love spontaneous road trips, hiking trails, and the occasional wine and cheese with card games. Reading a good novel by the beach, or drawing and painting is how I like to spend my days off work. I have been living in a share house for a few years now. I have respect for everyone's space, and love catching up over a glass of wine. If you want to know anything more about me, just ask. Contact me if you are also wanting to team up to apply for a rental :)
ive been living in the city for a while and im looking for a change in scenery. I'm 36 and work full time as a BDM. I love travelling and books! looking for a quiet place to call home after long work hours!
easy going, sense of humour, honest and decent, clean but not obsessive, open and straight talking, not petty or nit picky, know when to keep to myself but happy to pitch in and be part of it too. non smoker, dog lover. Great job in senior management that requires a bit of travel. paying off my own place in QLD. a happy person.
Hey everyone, I'm a german girl (22) who moved to Australia about 2 years ago. It is going to be my first time in a shareflat/house. I'm a full-time student at VU, work part-time as nanny and sport tester. Furthermore, I play soccer 4 times a week. I would describe myself as an easy-going and openminded person. I'm not a big party person but enjoy a good chat with some ciders. I am not loud and I usually get along with everyone but I need my own space for studies. If you want to get more information just shout me a message I'm more then happy to reply! Cheers!
My girlfriend Graziana (25) and I (31) are on W&H visas in Australia and have been living in QLD for the past 8 months where we did farm work and hospitality. We are both professionals and are going to Melbourne to stay and work full time for some months. We are originally both from Argentina. We love travelling around all over the world, sports from surf to horse riding, eating healthy food and animals.
I am in my 50s and young at heart... clean and tidy, happy to share a meal, glass of wine, have a chat.. can keep to my self and not invade your space & dont smoke ..work during the day as a carer in age care. Currently live in Chelsea.. have lived in the area for thirty years, love the beach and going for walks, reading, movies,tv,music and live bands/concerts..Looking for a room in Bayside area..
I love the beach and cooking fresh organic summer foods including salads and fruit smoothies. I like to practice yoga most days and art when Melbourne's weather takes a turn to the cooler side. I work casual in the construction industry mostly week days and intend to spend weekends at the beach. I keep clean and tidy and don't drink anymore. I love inner city suburbs for the life and accessibility especially on PT or skateboard.
I'm a 22 year old male working in the allied health industry. I'm working pretty much full time. Looking to live in the Bayside area. Happy to team up with any members that are in the same boat as me. I'd like to think of myself as pretty friendly, very easy going and enjoy going out every now and again. I'm also somewhat responsible :) I do enjoy keeping fit, whether it is going to the gym or playing social sport. Don't ask me to go on a long run though, I couldn't think of anything worse! I don't mind cooking meals every now and again, which would probably be more frequent as I try to avoid eating out to save money.
Currently living on my own and about to move at the start of the year. Would love to meet some chilled working professionals who like to catch up from time to time, but also appreciate each others space. I work full time as a teacher, always pay my bills on time and I like to keep my home tidy. In my spare time I keep fit and spend most of my money on brunch :)
Hey, I'm Pabliny and I'm looking for a room for me and my boyfriend, Jaime. We are very open minded and outgoing, we love meeting new people and sharing our culture. We are looking for a fun and relaxed place to live :)
Hey there, I'm Seb, 28 years old & living on and off in Melbourne for three years now. I just commenced my PhD-studies at RMIT and co-founded a company a year ago. Therefore, I do work long hours, but am definitely a social person. I do love surfing even though i suck at it but am very keen to learn in properly. I plan to head down to the ocean once a week and flatmates would be very welcome to join. Same goes for lifting. Not really into clubs or pubs, but love concerts, hanging out and a fair bit of gaming every now and then. I'm easy going and very adaptable when it comes down to living. Due to studies and work i will almost never have people over in the foreseeable future, but am cool with you have a party every week, friends over or guests staying over - as long as the kitchen and the bathroom stay reasonable clean. I do have a car, off-street parking would be preferred especially if it is a bury area. If you are up for getting in touch please include the size of the room and if - its not included in your listing pictures of the room. I'm looking for a place where I could potentially stay for three years and where I get along well with everybody living there, so when you are down for an inspection it would be great to meet all the people living there or at least have call with them. Cheers, Seb
Chill and easy going, like to keep things (mostly) tidy. Don't mind keeping to myself or socialising, love a few drinks on the weekends, not looking for a party house. Here in Melbourne to study economics at RMIT, but also working casually (25hrs) in the city during the week. Able to bring some of my own furnishings. Prefer a longer term stay (~1 year +).
Hi! My name is Carla and I am a student in my early 20s currently studying a Bachelor of Science at Melbourne Uni. I work casually on the weekends so am usually kept pretty busy. When I'm not studying or joking I enjoy cooking, heading to the beach, exercising, going out for dinner/drinks. I am friendly and easy going, i respect people's privacy but am always up for a chat and a drink! I would ideally love to share a house with like-minded people in their 20s. I have a very easy-going cat I would love to keep with me (all she does is sleep), but if this is not possible there is the possibility she may go to my parents house. I am Interested in a private room in south-east suburbs (Brighton, Elwood, Caulfield South, Bentleigh, Elsternwick, Beaumaris...). I am only putting feelers out there as I won't be moving out until early next year, around late January however this is flexible and may change. Would love to hear from you so please don’t hesitate to contact me!
Easy going, chilled, friendly and professional South African guy, well traveled, fit and active, easy to live with, enjoys a good conversation. Lives clean and tidy. Have been sharing on and off for few years both in my own apartment and with others. Enjoy the company of a share even if its just a morning hi as I prepare the coffee on the stove. My current share is moving back overseas and the apartment is no longer so needing a new place very soon! Thank you
Hi Potential roomies, I am a fun loving down to earth girl who works full time in the real estate industry. I have 4 years experience renting with housemates however I’m currently living in Somers with my parents as I was trying to save some money but I am really missing living close to all of my friends. When I’m not working my interests include: cooking, heading to the beach, going for walks, going out for dinner, dancing and having a few cheeky drinks with friends. I occasionally like to have friends over for dinner or a few drinks before heading out but I’m definitely not one to host large groups at home and generally prefer to leave the house to socialise. I like to live a healthy lifestyle and keep my space nice and clean. I come with the best cat you have ever met. Her name is Lola and she’s that cat that even dog people love. I am preferably looking to team up with 1 or 2 other likeminded people and find a modern townhouse. I would prefer to move in the new year but am flexible if I find the right people and place. If you think that we would make good housemates, I would love to hear from you! :)
My name is Becky, I’m 34, I work full time in the evenings. I’m generally gone from home between 6pm and 6am. I’m clean, honest, reliable. I’m looking to rent a room with one other roommate preferably, hopefully around the same age. I respect others privacy and personal belongings and I would assume the same was given. I’m friendly, always up for a chat and the odd glass of wine. I’m easy to get along with.
Heya! You're looking at taking on me and my beautiful cat, Lars. I'm working full-time hours and some, so am a staunch advocate of relaxed evenings during the week, and tend to keep the weekends tame, too. Pretty hard to go past a Golden Girls binge. I'm tidy, enjoy taking on recipes that are far beyond my capability, and am happy to chat or chill, or relish in some downtime. I'm looking at cutting back to part-time hours next year to start a Masters of Teaching, so will essentially be maintaining a full-time schedule. I'm looking to settle in somewhere for a year, if not more, and would love for the place to have a little garden to work on. Flexible on move-in date, but before Christmas would be fab. Hmu if you think we could start something.
