I'm a 23 year-old female high school math teacher who loves cooking. I am currently renting but looking to relocate mid feb to start of march. I require off street parking as well.
I’m hoping to only have to pay $200-$250 max per week excl. bills in a share house. Otherwise can pay more for a granny flat/self contained studio.
I am looking at staying for a minimum of 6 months, possibly till 12 months.
I am very friendly but also like to spend a lot of time in my room. I prefer living with clean people in a clutter-free area. I’m looking for people who don’t smoke, and don’t have kids. I am willing to buy furniture that will be shared in a fixed proportion
It would be most ideal if we are allowed to have friends/family over from time to time as long as it is respectful, notified prior, and not too loud.
