I am doing my honours degree this year and needing a relatively quiet place to live. I’m easy going, very neat and wanting a relaxing place to come home to.
I’m looking preferably for someone to team up with otherwise to share with one person. I’m very easy going and am also respectful, trustworthy, reliable, clean, always pay my rent and bills on time and would need someone with the same mindset. I’ve been sharing with 3 awesome people and while they don’t want me to leave it was only ever a short term stint for me while I house hunted after being transferred interstate for 12 months. I would like to share with someone nice who’s easy going with a good sense of humour, likes to have fun and is reliable, trustworthy and considerate with good vibes. No candle or incense burning people please. For teaming up I’m only interested in people wanting to pay at least $300pw for something. If you don’t want to pay that much then it won’t work as we’d be looking for properties of differing calibre. That doesn’t mean we won’t find something great that happens to be less. For moving in it’s important that the place is clean, in good condition and well-maintained throughout. Polished boards or other non-carpet floor covering in living areas, ac, dishwasher, proper blackout blinds or curtains, no skylights, and a garage or carport. In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym, out with friends, holed up in my room catching up on work / watching the tennis / mucking around on my phone, pottering around in the kitchen or trying to catch up on sleep. I love to cook and like to eat healthily for the most part. Happy to eat together or do our own thing. I have some furniture, TVs / DVD recorders, white goods, kitchenware etc if we need it but it can just as easily stay where it is - in storage at work. Flexible re suburbs and move date - happy to commence as soon as we find something. Also flexible re length of stay though an initial 3-6 months is the minimum needed for teaming up.
I am a real easy going, friendly guy who is generous and considerate of others. Always happy to help out and go out of my way for others. I am clean, tidy, healthy and happy to meet new people and be social. My circumstances have recently changed and need to find a new place to live whilst I find my feet but expect this to be a minimum of 6 months!

I’m preferably looking in a bayside suburb, from as south as Parkdale up to Elwood, close to the water, or a leafy green suburb out east as listed. My move date's flexible. Please message me if I tick the boxes and you'd like to meet. Happy to go for a coffee and chat. Cheers ✌️

Hello everyone, I am Anna, an 18-year-old former high school student from Germany. I just finished my A-levels last month and will be going to Australia to work as an intern with an Australian company. I will be working full-time and am therefore looking for a rather quite atmosphere in the evening. However, I am also looking forward to experiencing the Australien life style and would love to have good conversations with you. My hobbies include volleyball, horseback riding, dancing, travelling and laughing ;-) I would be able to cook/ bake and do all kind of stuff around the house. I would be fine with pets (as I love animals- I have rabbits myself) and am a non-smoker. I am easy to be around, open-minded and am looking forward to meeting you!
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon

I work fulltime And play sports on the weekend so you’ll probably wouldn’t notice me around the house cause I’m always on the go.

Very easy to get on with, decent cook and no stranger to a vacuum. I like to be unobtrusive and quiet most of the time but happy to be sociable if invited. I don’t drink, quitting ciggies is a work in progress but I’m getting there and only smoke outside. We are all extremely easy going, respectful, happy, young individuals who are great friends. Two of us are a couple who will share a room and the other two single male and female who would need a bedroom each. We are reliable, will pay upfront and are looking for long term lease. In need of 3-4 bedroom house ideally, but open to other property types if it's in the Kingston, Bayside, Frankston (Seaford area), Glen Eira area and under $700 we could be your future tenants. Please note: we aren't looking to share with other tenants and need a 3/4 bedroom place that is unoccupied, or soon to be. Thanks
I'm a full time working male very easy going enjoy a casual drink or 2. I do like to take life as it comes, hopefully find a friendship as well as place to live
Hi I am an introvert who loves to socialise. I view the people I live with as extended fam and like to have a beer or cuppa at the end of the day to debrief and have a laugh., I also value having my own social life external to the house. I spend quite a bit of time in my room studying and 'me' time. I love cleaning when I have the time (especially as procrastination from study) and I clean up after myself as I go. My only cleaning request of others is to keep the kitchen clean. I can be shy to start with sometimes, but it doesn't last long. I am studying in the city and working in the burbs doing art with people who have Aquired Brain Injuries. I love my work so I won't be complaining at the end of the day unless to problem solve. I like to find free events and shows in and around Melbourne and I like going to music and comedy gigs. I am pretty positive and happy most of the time and I am a good listener too. I try to stay aware of what others like and get annoyed at in order to stay sensitive to other's needs as a housemate. My previous housemates still try to get me to live with them so I guess that is a good sign that I am good to live with!!
