Grown up in the country & have been living in Melbourne for the past year. I work full time at a dealership in Brighton but don't judge me on that, I can make sure you get a great deal on a new car ;-). A lot of my time is spent at work, gym, or eating so you won't see me around a great deal. I'm easy going, sociable, energetic, talkative but also enjoy my own time. I've lived in shared houses for many years so I am respectful of other housemates & like to live in a clean house! :)
Hi everyone , I'm looking for a place to call home for at least the next 6 months if not longer! I'm 21, I love make up, a quiet night in or a night out but I’m often working or studying. I also loving going out for brunch, lunch or dinner and exploring what Melbourne has to offer. I have a job at a nightclub on Saturday nights and Maccas in the cafe a few mornings a week. Please no cats (I'm allergic) but I'm fine dogs and love them! I am looking for a private room something that is close to public transport as I travel into the city for uni. I have a queen bed and a desk. Message me if you have something that will suit, would love to come and have a look at your available room and meet you! 😊

Hello! my name is Sherls and I am a busy 'marketing' bee. I work full time in sales/marketing and on the weekend I work in retail so I live a busy lives. But does not mean I don't like to share a meal or spending quality time with my flatmates :) I'd like to keep myself fit and healthy and I exercise regularly at the gym. I don't smoke and drink socially. I have been renting since I moved to Melbourne in 2013 so I know how important personal space is! Cleanliness is also imperative to me. I like to keep my place clean and tidy.
Hi my names Olivia I work part time at Woolworths during the afternoon and night shift Waitressing. I am tidy, considerate and very understanding. As I work day and night shift I usually arrive home at irregular hours. Im usually very shy and take a while to come out of my shell, I don't party but I enjoy a drink or two. I occasionally smoke cigarettes but only outside.
Hello there! My name is Kym and I love travelling, cooking gluten free foods and going out with friends or just chilling out with Netflix. I'm a very easy going and tidy person that is always up for a chat and doesn't mind a bit of housework. I currently work full time in Prahran and am looking for somewhere a little closer to work that I can make my own.
I am pretty easy going, interested in other people and enjoy having my own space. I am a healthy fit person, an author and entrepreneur who believes the future is very bright and limitless. I enjoy cooking, am a good cook and happy to share meals. I enjoy a glass or two or red and an occasional beer.
I’m looking preferably for someone to team up with otherwise to share with one person. I’m very easy going and am also respectful, trustworthy, reliable, clean, always pay my rent and bills on time and would need someone with the same mindset. I’ve been sharing with 3 awesome people and while they don’t want me to leave it was only ever a short term stint for me while I house hunted after being transferred interstate for 12 months. I would like to share with someone nice who’s easy going with a good sense of humour, likes to have fun and is reliable, trustworthy and considerate with good vibes. No candle or incense burning people please. For teaming up I’m only interested in people wanting to pay at least $300pw for something. If you don’t want to pay that much then it won’t work as we’d be looking for properties of differing calibre. That doesn’t mean we won’t find something great that happens to be less. For moving in it’s important that the place is clean, in good condition and well-maintained throughout. Polished boards or other non-carpet floor covering in living areas, ac, dishwasher, proper blackout blinds or curtains, no skylights, and a garage or carport. In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym, out with friends, holed up in my room catching up on work / watching the tennis / mucking around on my phone, pottering around in the kitchen or trying to catch up on sleep. I love to cook and like to eat healthily for the most part. Happy to eat together or do our own thing. I have some furniture, TVs / DVD recorders, white goods, kitchenware etc if we need it but it can just as easily stay where it is - in storage at work. Flexible re suburbs and move date - happy to commence as soon as we find something. Also flexible re length of stay though an initial 3-6 months is the minimum needed for teaming up.
Hi, I'm Tom who works for a local school full time in Mentone. I love playing tennis, mixed netball and basketball. I also enjoy watching sport and relaxing with family and friends.
Hey I’m Tekea! I’m originally from New Zealand but I’ve lived in Melbourne Australia almost my entire life. I’m very down to earth, polite and respectful & considerate of others privacy and wellbeing. Easy to get along with and also a clean freak. Love to cook & have a laugh every now and then. I work fulltime And play sports on the weekend so you’ll probably wouldn’t notice me around the house cause I’m always on the go.
Hey! So I'm originally from the lovely island of Sri Lanka, but I've lived in England and Wales briefly when I was younger, and I've ended up here in Melbourne to do my undergrad. Currently living in a wonderful sharehouse in Clayton but my lease ends in October, and I'm keen to change things up a bit! I'm honestly not too fussed about where you live, as long as it's a decent distance from Clayton (where I'm doing my placement) and my housemates are easy going... And I'm open to team-ups too. As for what I do for fun, as cliché as this sounds, I love exploring. I'm the person who sees cool places on Instagram and ends up driving there (I kid you not hahah). On some Fridays, I'll head off to the city, on others I'll head off to hibernate. Oh and I have a good stock of Sri Lankan spices handy hahah.
I'm a part time waitress and artist hoping to peruse a career in tattoo art. I’ve just separated from my partner who I was living with and I've been supporting myself for a while now so I'm used to living with other people and respecting their privacy. I value honesty, trust and respect. I will always keep my space clean and will be responsible for my mess. I love to draw, read, write, watch Netflix and play video games. I also enjoy most sports and take my little brother to the football most weekends. I’m quiet and not a big party person. My cat will be coming with me, along with my second cat if my ex-boyfriend decides to cooperate. They are both desexed, well behaved and extremely cuddly!
I'm tidy, like to chat every now and then, respect my flatmates and looove coffee. I'm a PhD student and work long hours, so I have a steady income. I'm sometimes on field work (over the weekend or longer) and for Christmas I'm planning to fly back home to Germany (I'm German).
My name is Sarah. I'm working full time in hospitality so do both very early starts and late nights sometimes. Am extreamly laid back and love a chat, but also appreciate some quiet chilled time to myself. I like a beer at home watching the sport but save my partying for the town. Would love a place to call my home where I feel I can be myself and relax. Prefer just the one housemate. Would be happy to team up with someone to get a brand new place. Would prefer to live with males but would also be happy to live with another like minded girl.
Hi im jake, currently living in mentone in a sharehouse but looking to move out to a new sharehouse preferably in the area, i work at a wine wholesaler so i dont mind a bev here and there, very relaxed easy going and tidy guy, enjoy hanging out with friends and watching netflix love to cook so i hope the kitchen is nice! If you have pets thats a bonus, Would love for bills to be included in the rent if possible, Hit me up if you have so.ething that might be suitable.
I am a quiet, clean and respectful person who is employed full time and is aware of the complexities of sharing accomodation with others. I work in the public service in the justice sector. In my free time I like to watch films and sports, I also enjoy cooking and a glass of red or two. I am looking to move closer to bayside area of Melbourne to be closer to work and closer to the Mornington peninsula.
To sum myself up I like things neat and tidy, it soothes my soul. I work for Australia post and have very long days waking up at 5:30 am and usually come home before 6 pm but I love my job and rarely have a bad day. I live a healthy and active lifestyle and do a lot of training at the gym. I meal prep every Sunday so I don't have to do much cooking when I get home late so there's never a dirty dish lying around on my watch. wouldn't mind a flatmate to socialise with and occasionally have a bev together after a long day! Because of my long hours at work and exercise during the week I try to relax on the weekends and don't party as much as the average 21 year old should!
Hello there! I'm Natalie. First off, I've lived in a share house before, so I know the do's and the don'ts. I will always be reliable with rent and utilities. I like to be social, but I'm not looking for a party house - I sewed those oats. I work as an integration aide. I'm looking for a work/life balance. During the week I work, in my spare time, I love a good Netflix binge, gym, catching up with friends, hunting for the best food in town and enjoying beautiful Melbourne! I'm looking for smart, professionals who lead independent lives but are also friendly. Other than that, my ideal flatmate/s are flexible and relaxed, but tidy and reliable with the bills. I don't care if you smoke, eat meat, or even have a pet, so as you can see I'm pretty easygoing. *I walk with a cane so I'm looking for something one-storey If you think that I'd make an awesome roommate or have any questions - message me :)
I'm a 19 year old girl looking to move out of home pretty soon. Currently working full time in the city - I wake up early to go to the gym and go straight to work from there, so am really only home in the evenings and go to bed super early during the week. On the weekends, I either do absolutely nothing and just relax and watch Youtube, or I'll go out for a few drinks or see my friends for lunch or coffee - caffeine addict by the way! I'm super independent and mature for my age, will not stuff my room mates around - I am very responsible with my money and respect the environment and people around me. I'm an introverted extrovert - Sometimes I love a chat and enjoy spending time with my friends and people around me but also really value my alone time - so can respect both types of people! Looking for relaxed, tidy and lovely roommates :) Also I love dogs so that would be a bonus
Very quiet tidy and respectful person. Working full time from 7.30am-7pm and work with Uber as well, so rarely at home. Love music and play classical guitar occasionally. I'm reliable and trustworthy. Can provide references from the previous flatmate (1 year sharing) or realestate. I'm looking for the long term sharing. Can sign on lease.
Hi - My name is Lucy, and I am a 22-year-old student studying International Studies/Law at Deakin. I'm a really easy going person and love having a chat and hanging out. I'm a keen Netflix binger, reader and I love a good Greek cook up. I also like going to the beach in summer, travelling and going out to try new food. I'm a pretty active person and am clean and considerate. I'm looking for other friendly, like-minded people to join their home/accommodation or team up! Looking forward to hearing from you guys!
We are all extremely easy going, respectful, happy, young individuals who are great friends. Two of us are a couple who will share a room and the other two single male and female who would need a bedroom each. We are reliable, will pay upfront and are looking for long term lease. In need of 3-4 bedroom house ideally, but open to other property types if it's in the Kingston, Bayside, Frankston (Seaford area), Glen Eira area and under $700 we could be your future tenants. Please note: we aren't looking to share with other tenants and need a 3/4 bedroom place that is unoccupied, or soon to be. Thanks
I'm clean, tidy and respectful. Love a good conversation and understand personal space. Art and culture are very important to me and I love to fill a living space with both. Cooking and a glass of wine is how i spend most evenings, always happy to share. Hoping to create a happy/wholesome home environment with positive vibes. Looking to be super close to the beach!
Ahoy, hoy. 27yo female working full time in real estate, based in Monash. Currently residing in Patterson Lakes where the lease is up mid November. Never lived more than a 10 minute walk from the beach and hope I never have to. Fan of beer, pizza and scotch although I do try and embrace a healthy lifestyle by gymming and choosing "better options". I begrudgingly moved back to Melbourne mid last year after working on Hayman Island, which was destroyed by Cyclone Debbie. Three weeks sans power and hot water makes you a fairly chilled human. Looking for 1-2 existing or new people to team up with around St Kilda/Middle Park (no gender preference). If you work Sunday mornings we probably won't work as roomies, I'm a bit of a night owl. Happy to cook my own meals, depends on the dynamic really. Prefer to live with someone to knock back a couple of drinks with after work. Earliest move date: early-Mid November. If you have pets, shorthaired would be preferred as my wardrobe is various shades of black, black and black. Hit me up if you think we'd clique.
Hi I'm Michael! I'm a 19 year old student studying full time in the city. I've recently moved to Melbourne from the Sunshine Coast and am looking to team up with someone or move into a shared place. I'm a relaxed and generally pretty quiet person, however I'm always up for a chat or a social drink every now and then. Most of my time is spent either studying at home or in the city. I train often in Mentone, and ideally would like to live nearby. I like living in a clean and respectful home. I'm a pescetarian (I eat fish but no other meat), but it doesn't bother me if you eat meat. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks :) - Michael
Hey there - I'm a Melbourne local looking for a room to rent somewhere in Mentone/Parkdale/Mordialloc/Cheltenham and surrounds. I'm looking for a place to move into early December. I work full-time in social work in the Bayside Peninsula area. I like to interchange between getting the train and driving to work, so walking distance to a station is ideal. I often need to drive around Melbourne for work, including occasionally needing to bring a work car home with me, so a requirement for me is definitely having parking available, whether off-street or on-street :) I'm tidy, clean and quiet - I work weekdays and spend my weekends generally relaxing, cooking, visiting family and going out with friends. I enjoy chatting with my housemates and having a laugh but also enjoy winding down and spending time to myself. I love finding local brunch spots and bars - any recommendations greatly appreciated! I'm a (mostly) vegetarian but have no problems living with people who eat meat. I also like to try to live somewhat sustainably. Would love to live with people aged 20-30 who are also working full time! Or a combo of working + studying. I like living with people who are relaxed about having friends and partners over every now and then - within reason of course :) I love cats and dogs as long as they're trained and friendly!
Hi, I'm Jessica ! I currently live in Mentone and love the area so looking for something in the Bayside area, as that is also where i work predominantly, on top of working full time i also study teaching full time too. As you can see I am quite the busy person, so my fun usually consists of chilling out at home catching up on the latest Netflix release, as opposed to having a party house (i need my sleep haha). I try and stay as active as possible so a house mate that also shares that same interest in health and fitness would be great. I really appreciate a flat mate that keeps the communal space, communal and does not shut off the other house mates, but also respects boundaries in regards to their own space.
