I'm an international student from China, currently doing my Master of IT at UNSW (graduating in 2027). I'm looking for a clean, quiet place near campus to call home for my studies.

A bit about me as a housemate: I'm quiet, tidy and easy-going. I keep to a steady study routine, always clean up after myself, and I'm respectful of shared spaces and everyone's privacy. I'm not a party person — I prefer a calm, comfortable home to come back to.

I'm friendly and happy to chat, but also give people their space. I'm a reliable tenant, pay rent on time, and can provide references if needed.
