Hi! I'm Briac, a 20-year-old French engineering student. I'm currently in Melbourne for a 2-month internship at Monash University (Clayton campus), which is why I'm looking for a furnished room close to the university until mid-September.
I'm clean, quiet and respectful, and I spend most of my weekdays at the university. On weekends I like to travel around Victoria and explore Melbourne. I'm easy-going, sociable when it's welcome, but also mindful of shared spaces and other people's routines.
I'm a reliable tenant with all the documents needed (internship agreement, ID, proof of insurance).
