I'm a FIFO worker 2n1 roster just decided to rent out my house and looking for something on my week off and to keep my car.
Low maintenance very quiet out and about most days just need somewhere to lay my head and store my stuff😊
I am really looking for something very private that I can come and go without bothering anyone
2n1 fifo roster so only home every 3rd week and I will travel to bali half a dozen times a week too.
Really just need somewhere that my property and car is safe while I'm gone. The perfect tenant really 🤷‍♂️🤣 never there and paying rent🤣
My family live in Balga Koondoola and Ballajura so I would want something in or close to these suburbs.
I also want my own toilet and bathroom and my own laundry would be perfect also if I can.
Maybe a granny flat with separate access?
