Hi! My cousin and I are international students in Melbourne. I study at Monash University and my cousin studies at RMIT.
We are looking for a furnished property from 4 August to 4 December 2026. We are both clean, quiet and respectful tenants who take good care of the place we live in.
Our rent is financially supported by our parents. I have been renting in Melbourne for the past year, and my cousin has been renting here for the past six months.
We enjoy cooking, studying and staying active, and we don’t smoke or have pets. We hope to find a comfortable place to stay during the semester. Thank you for considering our application!
