Hi everyone!

I’m a 26-year old looking for a room in a friendly share house and hoping to find something ASAP.

I currently live in regional NSW and work a couple of shifts each week in Sydney as a firie, so I’m only in Sydney part-time. Because of this, I tend to come and go and spend a lot of time away, making me a pretty easy housemate to live with.

I’m ideally looking for a place in or around the Parramatta area, as it’s the most convenient location for work. My budget is $250 per week inclusive of bills.

I’m looking for:

* A private bedroom
* Off-street parking
* A clean, respectful home with easy-going housemates

A bit about me – I’m fun, friendly and easy-going. I enjoy having a chat and socialising with my housemates when everyone’s around, but I also really value quiet time, personal space and respecting other people’s routines. I’m tidy, considerate and always clean up after myself.
