Hi! My name is Sarah, and I’m 25 years old. I’m half Japanese and half Australian, and I have Australian citizenship.

I’m moving to Sydney to improve my English while working part-time. My English is still a work in progress, but I’m studying hard and looking forward to improving it.

I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to get along with. I enjoy going to the gym, watching movies, listening to music, trying new food, and visiting cafés.

I’m looking for a private studio or one-bedroom apartment, as I’m hoping to live on my own rather than in a shared house.

I’m looking for a place available from October and would like to rent it for around three months to start with.

I don’t smoke, and I always keep my home clean and tidy. I’m a quiet and considerate tenant who will take good care of the property.

I’m currently in Japan and will be moving to Sydney in October. I’m happy to communicate through Flatmates messages or email before I arrive.
