Dayeong and Changpyo

Hi there!

We are a clean, tidy, and respectful married couple in our early 30s from South Korea, relocating to Perth for long-term career and academic pursuits.

I am about to start my Master's degree in Civil Engineering at ECU Joondalup. Back in Korea, I worked for over 6 years as a Government Civil Servant and a Safety Management Officer. My husband is also a highly experienced Civil Engineer who served in local government for several years, and he is currently in the advanced stages of securing a FIFO engineering role here in WA.

What makes us great to live with?
As engineering and safety professionals, being organized, clean, and respectful of property is second nature to us. We prefer a quiet, orderly lifestyle and don't host loud parties, making us excellent, peaceful housemates. In our free time, we love staying active by running, working out, exploring Perth's beautiful nature, and reading. We do not smoke and have no pets.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a clean, peaceful room with our own private bathroom (ensuite or own bathroom preferred) near Joondalup or the surrounding northern suburbs for a smooth commute to ECU. Since we've just arrived in Perth with substantial savings to support our relocation, we are ready to move in as soon as possible (ideally around mid-July) and are looking for a long-term stay where we can truly feel at home.
