Hi I’m Josh😊..I am 49 years old, have lived on the coast most of my life..I’m quiet, respectful and relaxed, I have been living out in the forest at upper Landershoot/ directly behind Eudlo for the last 4 years, and before that 30 years on the beach but the elderly owner has decided to sell the ten acre property due to poor health..I am employed full time, concrete construction, bridges, highways etc and our company does remote work also, floodway recovery packages etc..I’m a positive, genuine person that respects others and their privacy, also have references from a property manager, and the owner of my current residence if needed.. I have no children or pets, and looking forward being back near the beach😊😊
