My name is Tim and I am looking for short term accommodation in the North Shore or Northern Beaches area. I have been living in Melbourne for the past year, was previously living in Hornsby, but now need to move back next month for work and be closer to family again. I have Autism, which means social interaction can be difficult but not impossible, however I am very independent, quiet, and can look after an apartment very well.

What I am looking for: A room to rent for a few weeks to a month or so, until I can secure my own apartment to rent, as it is extremely difficult to do it from down here. Would prefer to have my own bathroom, but if the right tidy housemates are out there I could accept a shared one. I am 41 years old, I love to do gaming both on my PC and on my Switch, watch TV shows and Movies like sci-fi and action/adventure, so if there are like minded guys to share a place with that would be cool.

Where: I will be starting casual work for a few days almost as soon I get to Sydney, so ideally I am looking for a place on the North Shore close to a train/metro station or a major bus line on the Northern Beaches, so that it is easy for me to get public transport to work in Warriewood (Mona Vale area).

When/How Much: Starting from around the 13th August (flexible with the date), my budget is up to $500/week but ideally up to $400 if possible.

I will be in Sydney this weekend for a short trip, happy to meet in person to say hello before moving in next month.
