Hi, I’m Luca, a 22-year-old Italian currently living and working in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa.

I work FIFO, so I’m usually away for most of the month and would generally only be home for around one week between swings. Even while I’m away, I would continue paying the full rent and keep the room as my permanent base.

I’m clean, respectful, friendly and easy-going. I’m very mindful of other people’s space, I always clean up after myself and I enjoy living in a peaceful and comfortable home. During my time off, I usually relax, go to the gym, explore Brisbane or spend time with friends.

I’m looking for a furnished room around Brisbane or the surrounding areas, ideally available from 4–5 August. A minimum stay of three months would suit me well, with the possibility of extending if everything works out.

I’m reliable with rent, happy to provide identification, employment details and references, and I’m available to attend inspections.
