Jaya Prakash

Hi, I’m Jaya Prakash, relocating to Perth from Canberra. I’m a non-smoker and particular about cleanliness and tidiness, borderline OCD about it, so shared spaces stay neat.

My week runs on standard business hours: out early, home most evenings, quiet during the week. Sundays I’m usually out at church. I also travel outstation from time to time for business assignments, so there’ll be stretches where I’m away from the house entirely.

I’m relocating solo, looking for a single room from 28 August, budget between $300 to $350 a week, ideally close to the CBD. Happy to share with people who are similarly tidy and easygoing, respectful of each other’s space but up for a chat now and then. Get in touch if that sounds like a good fit.
