Leonardo

Hi, I’m Leonardo, 24, from Switzerland with Italian roots. I’ll be coming to the Gold Coast from September to December for a Master’s exchange semester at Bond University.
I’m easy-going, tidy, respectful and reliable with rent and bills. I’m very clean, organised, and I always respect shared spaces and people’s privacy.
I’m quite active and love the beach lifestyle. I go to the gym regularly, already practise kitesurfing and I’m looking forward to surfing more while I’m in Australia. I’m social and enjoy meeting new people, having a good chat or doing things outdoors.
Back in Switzerland, I study Accounting and Corporate Finance and also work in real estate development alongside my studies. During the week I’ll spend quite a bit of time at university, and I also plan to travel a bit during my exchange.
I’m looking for a clean, relaxed and friendly home with respectful housemates.
