Hi, my name is Christian, I’m 22 years old and originally from Peru. I currently work full-time as a Hairdresser at Galleria Shopping Centre, so I’m looking for accommodation close to work.

I am a reliable, respectful and easy-going person who values a clean, quiet and comfortable living environment. I work regular full-time hours and have a stable income, which means rent payments are always made on time.

I do not smoke, I have no pets, and I am generally quite busy with work, so I spend most of my time either working, going to the gym, or relaxing at home. I am clean, organized and considerate of shared spaces, and I always clean up after myself.

I am looking for a long-term place where I can feel comfortable and contribute positively to the household. I get along well with people from different backgrounds and believe good communication and mutual respect are important when sharing a home.
