Houde and Jing

Hi! My name is Houde. I’m an international Master’s student at Edith Cowan University.

My wife and I are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. She will arrive in Perth on 19 August, and we are hoping to move in around that time.

We are both clean, quiet and respectful. We don’t smoke, don’t have pets and don’t host parties. We always pay rent on time and take good care of the property.

I currently study at ECU and also work part-time. We are looking for a long-term place and would love to live with friendly and considerate housemates.
