Hi! I'm 31, originally from New Zealand but now calling Brisbane home again gay (LGBTQ+ friendly household would be great, though not essential), and work full-time for Brisbane City Council, Monday to Friday. I recently moved back after a relationship ended, and I'm after a chill, quiet home base to settle into.

I've got a solid group of close mates I catch up with regularly, so I'm social and easygoing, but I also value everyone having their own space and privacy the standard stuff. On weekends I like to meal prep for the week ahead, and I keep things tidy so I'm hoping to live with others who are the same. In my spare time you'll usually find me out walking or geocaching around the city.

I'm easy to get along with and happy to chat or hang out in the evenings, but equally fine doing my own thing. I don't mind flatmates having guests over, and I'm not fussed about noise levels as long as everyone's respectful and uses common sense. Looking for a solid flatmate dynamic ideally 6 months or longer.

What I'm after:
Apartment in Brisbane's inner city or nearby suburbs
Own ensuite
Off-street parking (I have my own car)
Furnished common areas (happy to sort my own bedroom furniture)
Flexible move in date currently staying with a friend while I find the right place
Minimum 6-month lease, open to longer
