Zyann

Hi! My name is Zyann (zi-anne). I am a 27 y/o Canadian female moving to Australia.
I’ve been working in childcare the past 8 years and I am very passionate about what I do.

I have lived with flatmates for the past 4 years and have made some wonderful friendships along the way.
I am quite tidy, I like to keep a clean house and would prefer to live with likeminded individuals, and preferably other females as well.
I pay rent and bills on time.
I am not afraid to get down and dirty in the garden/yard if a property requires that kind of maintenance.
I am big on communication with landlords and flatmates to make sure living environments are running smoothly.
I would say I am pretty social but not one to invite people over very often.
Very open to living with pets :)
