Hey, I am Shubhit! I am 24 and I am coming to Hawthorne as a PhD student (Astrophysics) at Swinburne. I've got my offer letter and will apply for my visa by the next week. I am expecting it to arrive somewhere within 2 months.

I will not face any financial problems in paying rent on time as I have a scholarship.

I can assure that I would be one of the best flatmates you'll have. I have a slight ocd in keeping my room organized and clean, so no need to worry for this. I don't have any pets but I am fine if there are a few in the house I am staying in.

This is my first time coming to Australia but not my first international visit as in 2024 I travelled to Germany for 2 months for an internship and the landlord was very happy having me there.
I'll probably stay for longer if the place is close to my university otherwise I am flexible from a month to half a year.
