Looking for: Relaxed room in Adelaide

Hi! I'm 32, easy-going, and away for work about half to three-quarters of the year, so I'm after a low-key home base.

A bit about me:

Work takes me interstate/away frequently for varying amounts of time, 3 days up to months away, so I'm often not home — quiet, tidy, and low-maintenance as a housemate
I have a dog (well-behaved, happy to share more details/references)
When I'm not travelling for work, I'm based in the Adelaide CBD for work
Socially I am relaxed but friendly — happy to say hi in the kitchen, and happy for housemates to be social.

What I'm after:

Adelaide Hills (close to family and friends) or beachside near the airport — open to either
Budget: $150–$400/week depending on the place and location
Move-in within the next month — need to be settled by end of August
Pet-friendly is a must
