My name is Flora, and I’m a Working Holiday Visa holder looking for a clean, friendly, and respectful home.
Move-in date: The Begin of September.
Stay duration: minimum 3 months
Preferred Area: Near Auburn, Rosehill, Harris Park.. etc
Budget: Around $350 / week (including all bills)
About me:
I’ve lived independently for about 9 years, so I’m very experienced in taking good care of my own space. I genuinely care about keeping common areas clean and tidy because I strictly respect others' personal boundaries. Once I start working, I’ll likely be out quite a bit, so I won't be taking up too much space at home.

Living style & Lifestyle:
Non-smoker & No party animal: I don't smoke and I prefer a quiet, relaxing home over loud party vibes.
Pet lover: I absolutely love animals! So I’d be more than happy if you have pets in the house.
Personality & Hobbies:
I’m an outgoing person who loves meeting new people, but I also value personal quiet time. I like to keep a healthy balance between socialising and having me-time—I enjoy sharing meals or having fun together with flatmates, but I'm also very easygoing and flexible.

In my free time, I love bouldering/climbing, going for walks, and exploring local cafes. During my stay in Australia, I really want to travel and explore as much as possible!
