We’re two friends looking for two separate rooms in the same house. I’m currently employed and my friend is studying/looking for work, and we both receive regular Centrelink payments. We’re looking for a clean, quiet and affordable place where we can settle in long-term.
We’re respectful, tidy and easygoing, and we’re happy to contribute to household chores and keep shared areas clean. We’re ideally looking for two rooms and around $200 per person per week, preferably with bills included or kept reasonable.
