I’m 36 and moving to Brisbane for work on an Olympic Games-related infrastructure project. I’ll also be starting a degree in Information Technology at QUT in February 2027.

I’m clean, respectful, easygoing and fairly independent. I train regularly, enjoy the gym, fitness, getting outdoors and keeping a structured routine.

One thing I’d especially like is to live with people who are also interested in trading, investing or financial markets. Trading is a big interest of mine and something I spend a lot of time learning and improving, so living with other traders or people with similar interests would be a massive bonus. I think being around people who are disciplined, ambitious and interested in markets would make for a really good household dynamic.

That said, I’m also happy living with people who simply have their own goals, routines and interests. I value a clean, relaxed household where everyone gets along but also respects each other’s space.
