Clean & Considerate: I love cooking and cook often, but I always clean up immediately. I am happy to follow any house rules or cleaning schedules.

Financially Secure: I worked in Korea for 5 years before coming to Australia on a Working Holiday visa. I have solid savings to cover all expenses and always pay rent strictly on time.

Hardworking: I am currently working with a shift from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, so I am looking to move closer to my workplace.

Car Owner: I have a car, so having a parking space (off-street parking or a garage) would be ideal for me.

Flexible Move-in: The move-in date shown is just a placeholder—I can move in within a week once the arrangement is finalized.

Experienced & Easy-going: I lived with roommates in Korea for about 8 years with zero conflicts and am still in touch with them.

Preferences: I am a non-smoker. I love animals, but I have a severe cat allergy, so I need a cat-free home.
