I’m Kimmy. I’m looking for a place for myself. Ideally a studio, granny flat or one bedroom unit preferably around eastern suburbs area.

I’m 38, single & work full time as a receptionist for an Ophthalmology clinic. I’m clean, respectful & trustworthy. I’m not a big party person and would only throw parties with close friends and family for special occasions.

I’m easy going and communicate well. I love keeping active and going to the beach so I’d love to find a place that is near the beach. Whether it’s a walk away or drive I don’t mind.
