My husband and I are currently separated and looking to try a bird-nesting arrangement for our two young children. Our children will remain in our family home, while we alternate between staying there with them and staying at a second property.

We’re therefore looking for a comfortable, quiet place that the two of us would share on an alternating basis — only one of us would be staying there at any given time. We’re both working professionals, respectful, clean and easygoing, and are looking for somewhere that can feel like a relaxed home base while we navigate this next stage as a family.

It’s a slightly unusual arrangement, but essentially you’d be getting two housemates for the price of one — who are never there at the same time!
